The businesses on William Penn Highway (Route 22)are incorrectly positioned by Google at this time (2009.05.27).
If you ask Google for 5414 William Penn Highway, that is the actual store location.

I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE PERSON NAMED MIKE........PEOPLE ARE BAD SOMETIMES.....THIS PERSON SHOULD CHECK OUT EBAY......YOU CAN NOT BUT A DELL D600 FOR $140 DOLLARS......HIS REVIEW IS WRONG ....THEM GUYS AT 911PCMEDIC ARE WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY HONEST......THEY HELP PEOPLE....THEY DID ME......I AM VERY SORRY THAT THIS PERSON CAN SLANDER THEM........I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY

I agree. The guys at 911 PC Medic are fantastic. I have dealt with them since the begining and they have never let me down. I can go with any kind of computer problem from equipment to software to user ignorance and they are kind and helpful. To them there are NO stupid questions, just unasked ones. They have always been professional and took care of my problems in a timely manner.

I have had a great experience with 911 PC Medic. After being frustrated trying to "talk" with someone at a Big Box store about my problem and being put off for days, I went to 911 PC Medic. They listened, they answered my questions, diagnosed the problem quickly. My problem was something different than I thought, and it was less expensive to repair than I feared. I was back up and running within the next day. I will definitely go back.
