Crazy Sam Ragucci

What ever happened to Sammy Ragucci. He was the junkie brother of David Ragucci, he would do anything for a package of coke. Is he still stealing from the elderly at Everett Housing. Why doesn't his brother get him a job up in Stoneham and give the people of Everett a break.

The last time I saw Sammy he was at the upper florence housing units with his Everett Housing Truck partying with Kevin Washington. Sniffing, smoking and drinking. It must be nice for Kevin Washington to get thrown out of his house on Main street for not paying his taxes and have the Ragucci's pull some strings to get him right into Public Housing. Why wait in line when you do some binkas with the Ragucci's
