He has relocated his "practice" in a country inhabited by poor white trash with better insurance than Medicade. There he will continue to "practice" his craft until he perfects it. Much to the degradation of the local population. However he will live in opulence and splendor until he is killed by toothless natives unable to eat anything but boiled monkey nuts. As you might guess, the monkeys ain't' too happy either....

Do people really eat that part? YUK!! I got one, maybe they could boil, grill, or barbie up his nuts, if he does choose the sex change! Perhaps it would help to soften his vocals to an even more feminine range...
