Harlan deputy charged with murder

Why is it, when any one in harlan county is arrested the post it on the harlandc.com site but when Scott is arressted no picture no embarrassing report online ?

He was NEVER took to the DC. They processed him with special privileges because they think he is so special....

Wasn't just particularly 'special' that Scott turned himself in to KSP. No arrest, no handcuffs, no picture on the DC site. Then a signature and $10 and he went home in his own car. And what was that the sheriff said about not revoking his bond before now - didn't want it to appear "prejucial toward Scott" in the rest of the world real officers are put on leave until ANY weapon discharge is investigated.

how is this nut still walking the streets and there is people still in jail for lesser charges and cant get out on a surety bond

Because he was never taken to the dc he was took straight to the court house and post bond and passed go and collected $200.00 lol but had to pay 10 of that back. to be sure he showed up for court.lol

Except this is real life and death...I believe Scott Moore will go to jail. The Cox family had the courage to fight this far, they won't give up.

Well once again, I still feel unsafe I was at verda field again sat. for a special event for the st.judes hosp. and guess none other than scott moore showed up with a pistol on his hip and a few nights before he was at the football field with a pistol on his hip again... I ask if this was a everyday citizen we would have been took to jail for packing that gun after being charge with murder... I dont care who done ex cop or not murder is murder m theres no way around it except here in harlan co. im so sick of this county and its judical system.. I will say I did see Les Cox's family wearing t-shirt that read on the front " BLOODY HARLAN 6-2-07 " and the back read "REMEMBER LES COX 7-3-07".... I know this family will continue to fight for justice that Les deserves I hope that scott moore gets what he deserves for the rest of his life cause I know he will meet his maker in the after life but that thing is I hope its in HELLLLLLLLLL

I was not following Scott around and I wasnt the only one at the field with a camera there was 2 other ladies and a man besides me with a camera You have been badly misinformed there NO SIDE.who who was videoing. and I have no clue who the other people with cameras were. And as far as Scott Moore having any rights to carry a gun Once you have been indicted for a class A felony you lose your rightS until the trail that deems you innocent. And no one at the fall crawl had on guns until Scott showed up with his. and then 20 or more put on guns and some left in fear for there lives.But the difference is anyone else MAY have been carrying a gun has not been indicted for WANTON MURDER. I have SAY THIS to this to all the people out there that think Scott Moore still has rights " If it would have been your son that brains was beat out before he was shot. You would feel differently about him. And if it was you that spent 31 days in a hospital watching your son lay there in a coma knowing that you would never hear his voice say mommy I love you again and the endless sleepless nights that you spend by his side praying for god to give you just one more day with him and you dont care how that day is as long as its a day. not knowing if he was in pain or knowed of any of his surroundings. Or if I was even there and then watching him die. a slow death of infection to the brain. You SOB's walk a mile in my shoes or 1 night in the hospital watching your child hooked to every kind of machine in the world and cooling blankets because he cant regulate his own body temperature. You watch your child die the horrible death mine did and tell me you would do everything in your power to have this man locked up for the rest of his life.Les's rights were taken away and scotts should have been and I hope all you people that think scott has a right to be packing a gun I hope that you ALL have to experience what I had to. Nothing anyone can say will ever take away your pain, or the pain of your parents. Just want you to know, you have prayers and support not only from your close friends and family, but distand friends of your family as well.

I am behind leslies mom 110%. people in my family has had situations with scott moore and he is a dirty M/F. He is a piece of shit and doesnt need to be walkin the streets because he is dangerous and it is about time someone does something about him packin a gun or he will do it again!!

If you are a parent and you love your children then how can you support scott moore I wonder how scott would feel if someone shot and killed his son he would be out for blood.
