Young mother loses all help, because of SSI. and Hospital in Henderson, Ky.

I have a problem. See my daughter has a 10 month old and the hospital was supposed to send off for his SSI. Card. Will the Henderson hospital didn’t do it. Now we went to the SSI. Office they tell us that they can’t get the 10 month old card that since it was the hospital that sent off for it. It is up to them. She goes back to the hospital and tells them what they said. The hospital tells her again that there is nothing they can do. We go back to the SSI. Office and tell them again what the hospital said. Well after 4 weeks of going back and forth the SSI. Finally tells her well ok all you need is a copy of shot records and we can get it fixed and get him a card. She says ok and today she goes and gets the shot records goes back to the SSI. Office here in Henderson tells her that she needs her ID her SSI. Card the 10 month old SSI. Number and a State copy of the 10 month olds birth certificate. Why didn’t the SSI.Office tell her this in the first place? Now she got to send off for the 10 month old State copy of the 10 month olds birth certificate. It will take 4 to 8 weeks to get the 10 months old birth certificate. Now she has lost the 10 month old medical card and no longer get EBT all because the SSI. Office and the hospital here in Henderson have screwed her around. Now on top of this she won’t be able tp help for any of the holidays coming.(Thanksgiving and Christmas Help) What the **ll she to do now no food no medical coverage for the 10 month old no Thank given and no Christmas?????? Why is it Henderson loves to screw people and babies.

i feel for you UPSET.PEOPLE LIKE THAT MAKE ME SICK TOO.my youngest son was was born there 13 yrs ago,his birth certificate was lost a yr after he was born.the hosp in henderson tryed to tell me he was not born there.lol becouse they could not find anything on him,what was funny about it was i was still makeing payments on him from being born there.lol

There are millions of legally blind people in the U.S. and over 50% of these are employed in full-time positions. Being handicap or disabled does not mean you can not earn a living. Why would you come on here and demand something for nothing. You want help! Where is the help from the father – where is the help from helping yourself – why are you entitled to have help handed to you by others – sorry I make you sick – but I am sick of working just to be forced to give what I earn away.

kmusic, since your educated on welfare, maybe you should look into "business welfare" the money wasted on that is ten fold the amount of the welfare that you know.

btw, less than 2cents of every tax dollar is for the welfare that you are referring too. educate yourself and stop believing what you hear.

I did not mention welfare (or your poor grammar) - I said get up and take care of yourself and stop looking for a handout. Having a disability is not a reason to cry for help and expect it to be handed to you – this person is not so disabled that she could not get pregnant – and I got no answer as to where is the help from the father – it is time people start being responsible for their actions – business or personal.

People now days?? It was a lot worse in the "good ole days" when there were not all the hand outs that are available to deadbeats today. If you have a child it is your responsibility to take care of the child, or better yet there is birth control, ever heard of it?
