Herbal Incense banned?

Is it banned in Indiana now?

if you are talking about k-2 and k3 no they still sell it here atleast in evansville. they have banned some types of the k2 i do know that much

The gas station at washington and boeke still sells many varieties of synthetic weed.

Just so ya know....k2/k3 was banned back in january..anywhere that is selling it in evansville that is caught will most likely get a fine...any individual caught with it will get a marijuania charge. July 1st there were several chemicals banned which took out most of the incense around here. There are a few places still selling the incense that is legal...as in, it does not contain any chemical listed on the ban list.. Other places are still selling all of it and I know of a few places that have gotten busted by law enforcement for it. Id take the time to find the incense that is legal. Just saying, its not worth it!! btw: its not called synthetic weed, you can actually get kicked out of some places for calling it that!

Lets all talk about were they sell everything at so cops and inspectors on here can go ban it. Why are we even worried about the herbal incense? Did you even know they have synthetic meth and zanax out now too? Called 8 ballz and zan X. Thats what you guys need to be looking for and ban it!

8 balls was banned on July 1st. And the zan x is an all natural supplements like melatonin.

just to let you all know. it is banned all through out the state of indiana and if somewhere is still selling it they will get fined if caugt and if they person who is buying it gets caught with it guess wat straight to jail no questions asked!!!! it puts holea in ur lungs and grows mold on ur brain why would u want it anyways? at least dnt smoke it...it does say on the package not for human consumption!!!!!!

while it may be illegal to purchase it is by no means illegal to possess. You can order it off the net as well as a chem called am-2201 . mix them with everclear instead of acetone and no " holes in your lungs nor brain damage". I have done the homework and you can trust me on my word. its ridiculous to buy 3 grams in a store when you can order a quarter pound off the net for the same price as 3 grams . Get off my nuts i am a chemist and can tell you there are some beneficial results from smoking the correct damiana coated in the correct substance. Such effects are reversal of brain plaque as well as the opening and repair of alveoli sacs in the lungs . spout off some more bullshit and ill keep running facts at ya all day long. the reason it damages you is because they use acetone as the binding agent for the chem.
