ving been away from Arkansaw some 25 years, one of the fondest memories was of Steve, and some of the tricks I and some of his other fellow officers pulled on him. My father ran against Steve's father one year, and lost the Sheriff's election to Dwan. I was on the Eureka Springs PD and spent quite a bit of time with Steve. I express my deepest condolences to Athena, and the family. The world was made a better place thanks to Stev and I shall miss him.
