Gagaligouse will try the Victim for shooting this attacker.?.(You know its on his mind.)
Who will pay for his damaged truck?
Never stop for some fool standing in the road.
Even if its your mom with a flat tire.
OR, be prepared to protect yourself and your property anywhere. OH wait, He did, and now he broke the law doing it. And will be sue and maybe prosecuted by Gags.

Please do not call the lowlife who was shot the "victim." The poor guy defending himself is the VICTIM!

The guy who got shot is not a victim. He is a felon who got shot while committing a felony. Stop calling him a victim!

I notice the TS always calls anyone who is a suspect a "victim" when they are shot by law enforcement. In this case, I guess it makes the truck driver the "suspect". Something is wrong here.

Unfortunately the Good citizen (trying to be of help to the insane) may have some legal issues to deal with now. It all depends on the anti gun crowd.

While the victim isn't too bright for stopping (someone standing in the middle of the road isn't trying to flag down assistance, they're NUTZ), he is a mothereffing HERO for defending himself lawfully.
I'm willing to bet he's a lawful CCW holder. He didn't shoot the guy until he started the truck, at which point the felon was in possession of a lethal weapon and had demonstrated intent to harm the victim (breaking the windows, struggling with him, etc).
I wish they handed out medals to people like this victim.
Only problem is the felon survived. Oh well. Not saying the victim should have shot to kill, but shooting often have that result, and it's unfortunate for the public and the treasury that it didn't work out that way. This felon will be out in a few months, maybe a year, or better yet acquitted on grounds of mental incompetence, and next time he'll probably get someone killed.

Gags will let the shootee claim he was only trying to get to his 215 grow because the generator failed: a medical emergency, of course.
Gags will prosecute the shooter for impeding a response to said medical emergency.
Should have voted for Allison!

As a law abiding gun owner, I have always been under the impression that it is unlawful to keep a firearm and its ammunition in the same compartment of a vehicle.
Correct me if I am wrong, but hasn't the truck owner violated the law?

Please wait...
If the driver has a CCW permit he's ok. If nothe could get in trouble. Although this was a demonstration of why one should have a gun when traveling in bandit land.
