observer wrote: <quoted text> Caring Friend! I have to say, I don't know why you remain so patient with Tom C. I know you're a kind person but he beats you up on a regular basis and you defend him. Is he someone you know? I used to enjoy his information and postings but he's gotten so darned mean-spirited that I don't even like to read what he writes. I can't understand why you defend him. Do you want to explain? You certainly don't have to. It's your business, totally. I'm just curious. I personally don't think you deserve that!! No I don't know him at all. I lived in Happy Camp when he did but, I don't believe I ever met him. Yes, Tom was a nice person when he first started on this thread and he diffiently has changed to another Tom. I don't think I can really explain why I have tried to have patience with him except to say, He seems to be lashing out because of inner pain over Greg and that is what has made him bitter. Or I could be totally clueless and off my rocker. I don't like to kick someone when they are down. I do feel he is just as good a friend to Greg as I am to Willie's family. I also have been blind sided by good friends in days gone by. So I know it can happen to believe totally that a good friend would never do things that you wouldn't ever believe that they would do. Does any of this make sense to you?

Anonymous, I'm really curious about you. I so respect your sincerity and insightful posts. Remind me please, did you live in HC and when, if you're comfortable saying? I am up for that when the trial is over.

Miss Hw wrote: <quoted text> I kinda have to. I don't want to give to much detail, but is it not a mothers god given right to dress her daughter up like a cupcake so she can walk down the isle? We eloped to avoid this, I guess you can't hide from fate. The bridal shows are a blast, to say the least. Most mothers want to see their Darling daughter walk down the aisle. Or son for that matter. If you want to do it go for it girlfriend. If you ever dreamed of a white wedding then you better go for it or you will forever kick yourself for not doing it. I went through all this a few months ago and words of advice ...plan everything well in advance so not to feel pressured and try not to feel that everything HAS to be perfect (everything always looks lovely in the end) and have fun with it. So many couples let themselves get stressed out about all the details that they forget to have fun with it and end up fighting. Oh and laugh.

Some of them could have been pulled because they were too racist but I'm curious to hear form you move involved here day to day here... I don't think any of us know why but, our guess is the same as yours..the trial.

My guess is, the Narcotics Squad was called in because they have Guns and choppers. Guns to apprehend two people who were and have been nonviolent for all their lives. To set the record straight: There was more than 40 lbs of processed Marijuana confiscated from Suzanne's home when she was arrested (confiscated by HCSO). Doesn't necessarily mean it was hers. The Tribal Officer who assisted with the arrest of Greg found 7 grams of Meth on his person. These two facts I'm certain of. I don't believe this is a big secret with local law enforcement guys who were involved, it's just that these things are secondary to the Siskiyou County investigation for murder. Take it for what it's worth. This is the only comment I will make on the matter.

Caring Friend, My sister called me this morning and is moving to Yreka, of all places. She definitely wants to attend the trial. I may be able to go with her and attend at least some of it. I hope things will proceed in such a way that you can make your flight arrangements, etc.

Intell maybe wrote: ALL the Aubrey's are related, and Jodine is no longer wanted for questioning. She never WAS wanted for questioning, she was wanted for WARRANTS. I know, because she's a good friend of mine. Aubrey arrested on bench warrant Sean Garmire/The Times-Standard Posted: 11/07/2008 01:15:43 AM PST Jodene Louise Aubrey, a passenger of one vehicle involved in an illegal street race that claimed the life of a 9-year-old girl and seriously injured her mother, was arrested in Crescent City Tuesday morning. According to officials with the California Highway Patrol, 32-year-old Aubrey was arrested without incident at 8:51 a.m. as she was riding in another vehicle on Pike Street. She was taken into custody on a bench warrant related to charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and driving an unlicensed vehicle -- all misdemeanor allegations. She was transported to the Humboldt County jail Tuesday afternoon, where she remains on $20,000 bail, the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office reported. Authorities began searching for Aubrey following the Oct. 6 street race, which took place on State Route 299. According to CHP information, Aubrey was one of three passengers riding in a silver Mustang that was being driven by Anthony Flores. Flores, 19, was allegedly racing Jason Whitmill, 31, when Whitmill's 2004 Pontiac Sunfire clipped a Chevrolet Tahoe that was driving the same direction. The Sunfire and the Tahoe drove off the road, and the Tahoe hit a utility pole, leaving the Tahoe driver seriously injured, and killing her 9-year-old daughter. According to a court document, shortly after the race, Aubrey took possession of the Mustang, telling Flores she would “take care of” the damage to the vehicle. When the Mustang was found six days after the collision, the vehicle had been spray-painted black. Flores now faces a manslaughter charge and Whitmill, who was allegedly driving under the influence at the time, faces a murder charge. However, District Attorney Paul Gallegos has said he has decided not to charge Aubrey as an accessory. Sean Garmire Sorry, really don't care about this other Aubrey. Not related to this case or this family.

Just kidding all of you, so, don't get your panties in a bunch Tom. As long as I can get a baby sitter I will be there for about 2 to 3 weeks. Maybe we can all go to lunch together?

I bet my last born son that you were asking questions from a police officer so , don't expect an answer. He has already said he won't say anymore on the sub He was just setting the record straight of what I said because it was true except it was closer to 50 lbs. than 40lbs. All because Mr Tom was attacking me. I already in the past told him that I don't lie, and I may get some things misconstrued but mostly I'm on track. Especially on important matters. Like the guy said murder is more important than pot or meth. Or as he said secondary.

Weddings are fun. A lot of work, but fun. My son loves getting in a tux and being in a wedding. Miss HW, were you serious about trying to find trained birds to carry your veil? I've had some pretty well-trained birds all my life, but I've never been able to potty train one of them. You might end up with bird plop somewhere you don't want it. I'm just saying.... I hope your plans all work out. Did you say it was an indoor or outdoor wedding?
