Although enough states ratified the Sixteenth Amendment to obtain a 3/4 majority without counting Ohio, income tax is fraudulent because Ohio was not legally a state when the Sixteenth Amendment was ratified.

Well only time will tell... If his medical initiatives prevail and save tons of money you can bet your sweet... that republicans everywhere will be saying that was our idea.

Spending a ton of money on finally converting our country to some forms of alternative energy would have been done already if the political landscape were there, I think its long over due. I am excited about upgrading the utilities infrastructure that has been around since the turn of the century!

Putting money into High-speed rails and transit infrastructure is Again long over due. I hate going to the city and sitting in traffic for hours, a smart grid of freeways, subways and mass transit is essential to the stability of our economy. To say it is not is wrong. To say it is the private sectors responsibility is foolish, as anyone with half a brain knows that 70% of any major project always comes from "WE THE PEOPLE" as we are the ones that use it.

And Finally, I have never understood why people are so unwilling to finally make these huge decisions! Individuals complain about taxes and how it affects them... I love knowing that we can travel relatively safely on wonderful highways and we can go to numerous places of interest. We can fly to anywhere in the world, and come and go as we please! If your hurt you can pick up a phone and in minutes numerous Professional men and women are there to save your tax paying butts!

GOBAMA and move us from the dark ages of gas guzzling mechanical devices, antiquated electricity eating buildings, resources devastating and wasting ideologies! Time for us to move into the 21st century and to do that is going to cost some money!

I would say that most Republicans would stand back and let you take the credit for that one. As every country which has developed a version of socialized medicine knows the program is not cheep. You think your paying taxes now... wait... any socialized medicine program employed by a country has found taxes need to supplement those soaring costs. There are 2 things I really fear from this socialized medicine, 1) Taxes, taxes for health care take up about 29% of Canada's budget and it has doubled numerous times. And 2) All incentives to produce good medicine will be out the window. No longer will we get better medication and good health care. We will have waiting lists for health care where we wont be seen for 5 to 40 weeks after the onset of symptoms. Is that really what you want?

But spending this all at once is foolish. How will we get this money? Where will it come from? What will happen is that Obama will have to just print it. There is no other way, keep in mind a dollar is only a dollar because we put that value there. Our dollar floats, and thus it will become overvalued if we print more. That in turn will hurt us for generations.

It sounds like you are throwing reality into the wind and just spending like there is no tomorrow also... Do you and Obama know something we don't? Ever been around after a major party? With the walls trashed and the house destroyed. Are you really thinking about whether or not this is really a good idea?

Some might say that is exactly what Obama inherited. The place was trashed, and he's getting criticism for spending money to fix it!

A more accurate description would be that the neighbors down the street came into our house and killed one of the kids, then in the midst of us taking care of the situation a new daddy moved in.

Drunk with power and seemingly without care the new dad then takes his little air-force one plane and buzzes the remaining kids while spending money he does not have writing checks out that he cant cover and buying all sorts of fun thinks like fountains and extra bathrooms all the while not really worrying on how all those checks are actually going to be paid.

Seriously?? I guess I am going to have to pull out my favorite Question for Republicans in denial...

You’re very sick and you’re going to DIE unless you have a procedure done soon! 2 guys can only do the procedure... George W Bush OR
Barrack Hussein (Repubs seem to point that middle name out) Obama.

Neither has ever done the procedure and they will be doing it from a manual... WHO Will You choose to do the surgery??

The Point of my post here is that We have seen what kind of damage a c+ student can do to our country, And we know the Damage ChickenHawks do to the military... I am proud to have an A+ Student representing our party in the white house again... The last one was My Boy Slick Willy!

I am just Sooo happy I can understand what is being said to me by Our president... Seems like this country has been a little Dumbed Down under the previous Lerches!

I think the Tea party needs to realize is that's the wealthy that is respondsable for most of this countrys problems, The wealthy won't give back!, One example, I am a disabled person who draws SS who wanted a job and a chance at life, I wanted a chance to produce for this country and be a contributor to society!, Back in 1994, I tried my best to get a job at Walmart but they would not hire me, Walmart said that they hired disabled people, I think this is a bold face lie!, Walmart pretends to hire the disabled, I think Walmart is using this as a ploy to try to cover up the fact that they're a bad company, THEY ARE BAD!!!, People are right about them, I wanted a job and a chance at life so bad and this was denied me by the stupid wealthy!, I know I may not have been able to do a full work load a job requires but I would have applied myself, After all, This is what I did in school and I was quite successful, And Walmart would have gotten a big tax break too!, But no, Walmart and the wealthy didn't want to do anything for the country and me, I think Walmart and the wealthy ain't nothing but a big bunch of greedy, selfish, dirty, And filthy PIGS!!!, Who can't get enough, They bite off the hand that feeds them, They'd sell out their own parents much more their country!, WALMART AND THE WEALTHY ARE GOING TO GET THEM A BIG TRIP TO THE LAKE OF FIRE WHEN THEY DIE!!!, AND BURN RED HOT FOREVER!!!!!, Of course you can't tell them that, But rest assured, Their judgement day is coming, I can clearly see why the wealthy is condemned in the Bible!,
