Hmmm, this may help in securing the borders. Line the border with Mexico with nuclear facilities and have the Border Patrol look for people that glow in the dark.

As excellent location. Just keep the environmental terrorist gazing at the stars, prairie chickens and other road kill. Fine job New Mexico. I give it 23 years down the road till my bathroom lights are powered by NE in NM.
