Glynis Ann Fournerat...WTF? anyone know her?

A Eunice woman is charged with offering to pay $8,000 to settle her divorce battle by having her estranged husband and his girl friend killed.

Wow! She is Logan Fournerat's wife. He's from Basile & the owner of Louisiana Crane.
That's crazy!

Her husband was running around with some young girl. He's no sait for sure.
But she's not to bright eaither. I guess everyone has a breaking point.

Oh Rim Shot... You obviously don't know either one of them, so before you run your mouth about her husband "running around" you should get your facts straight or just keep your mouth closed. If you knew them, you'd know that it didn't go down that way at all. It's people like you that have nothing better to do than comment on things that you have no clue about, that make things harder to deal with then they already are. These people have children, and parents, and families, so think about that before you continue to run your mouth. And she's not too bright? Apparently you aren't either because you can't spell worth a damn. Have a great day and pat yourself on the back for being such a saint yourself, why you sit back and point your finger and judge others even when you don't know what you're talking about.

Please allow these people to sort things out before you start bashing them. Glynis and Logan are good people. I don't know what happened but it shouldn't be hashed out on topix or in the press.

SHE (Glynis) should have thought about the children, parents and families BEFORE she hired a hitman to kill the father of her children! A hitman who unbeknownst to her just happened to be an undercover officer and this is what you consider a "bright" person? It was her actions that opened the door to this scrutiny.

I do not consider myself a saint however, I am far from an attempted (double) murderer/murderess.

I frequent Eunice very often and are very aware of Glynis Fournerat. I do not know Logan at all, yet still remain very happy that he and his girlfriend are still alive and well. It moves me to think that Glynis was once (from what I can gather) a loving mother and a good wife. What Happened?

I wasn't defending her you idiot. I was referring to Rim Shot's accusations as of why or how the entire situation came about. You are right about the fact that SHE opened the door to the scrutiny, but not her children. They deserve to be respected. Thanks.

obviously when something like this happens a person is not in their right mind. noone knows what goes on behind closed doors..remember the song? alot of bad decisions were made and now they are paying the consequences. it is the children that will suffer the most, and thats the truly sad part. we don't pick who our parents are, and none are perfect. they do love their kids, so maybe this is a wakeup call for them both. now is the time to clean up this mess, put God back in their lives and get whatever help they can. they are in my prayers.

Glynis and Logan have three wonderful children that we all need to pray for during this difficult time.

I'm a mom from Basile, my children attend BHS with the Fournerat children, & are good friends with them. My gosh, this family needs prayers and not judgement. The children are the ones suffering. Glynis--I don't know what she was thinking, but she also needs lots of prayers. Maybe she's in a better place & she can get the help that she needs(I hope & pray she does) SO PLEASE PRAY FOR THE FAMILY!!!!!!!!!

Alot went down, divorce was long time coming. Nothing is as it seems.

i am from basile and my children attend the same school, church, and functions as the fournerat kids have through out the past years. I saw first hand the progression of this horrible matter develope. You all have no idea how this woman was loved and taken care of and how Logan hid a fixed all of her arrest throughout the years from shoplifting, to drug charges, and many other things that she has pulled. This didn't happen over night, it has been going on, but when she walked out on her husband and kids and moved in a home with another man, Logan no longer bailed her out and covered up all of her illegal actions. In the past 2 to 3 years Logan has been the father, mother, and any other role the kids needed. All the people that has been around this family the last couple of years knows the truth and what really went on. I am not one bit surprised for what she just did. If she gets out she will be back in trouble in no time.

"Concern", your comment is 100% correct. Logan is NOT the cause of Glynis' egotistical ways and unlawful actions. Logan attempted for years to mend their marriage due to him being an extremely devout catholic and the fact that he has unconditional love for his children. Logan has amazed and inspired many of us who know him. As "Concern" stated, Logan has taken on the role of both parents to his three children...and he has done a FABULOUS job in my opinion. If you know Logan, you should know that he is the most GIVING person. He would give the shirt off his back to help a person in need. Logan has spent his entire life pleasing others, and now it's his turn to be happy...and he deserves it. Her (Glynis) ESTRANGED husband...which means "separated and living apart from one's spouse", has the right to "run around" with whoever he chooses. If you are not aware, his ESTRANGED wife LEFT HIM to move in with another man. Whether or not she was in a relationship with this new man, I'm unsure...but either way, that was a wrong move to make on her part. She was blinded by money, greed, selfishness, and STUPIDITY. She is not "SICK"...she is not "INSANE". She knew exactly what she was doing this whole time (charges for theft, drugs, damage to personal property, forging prescriptions, breaking restraining order about 8 times...and lets not forget when she broke into her husband's house while her kids were home and hit Logan over the head with a brick...and we can now add TWO COUNTS OF SOLICITATION FOR MURDER!!!!!). Now to the "young girl" comment, LOVE IS BLIND...and if Logan is finally getting his chance to be happy, we should ALL be happy for him. That was such a naive comment...you obviously do not know Logan or Glynis...or Logan's new girlfriend. Do you always judge a book by its cover? Logan's parents, relatives, employees, and priest...LOVE and SUPPORT him in every way. We all know the TRUTH...and as Logan always says, "AS LONG AS YOU DO WHAT IS RIGHT, GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU". GOD saved Logan's life...along with the life of his new girlfriend.

I have read all the comments, now here is mine. It's funny I have yet to hear anyone mention the tipster which if it hadn't have been for him/her, Mr. Fournerat might be dead right now. People talk about doing harm or killing their estranged spouse while they r going thru a divorce, but this person must have had a pretty good gut feeling that she was serious and acted on it to save someone he/she knew or didn't even know. Not to mention he/she now put his/her life and family on the line, cause if she/Glynis gets out and finds out who the tipster was, well even if she don't get out, that person (tipster) could still be in danger. That person deserves to be rewarded, in secret, because what God sees in secret he will reward thee openly. From what I heard around town, Mr. Logan offered her a pretty good divorce settlement for the rest of her life AFTER SHE LEFT, well now he don't have to live up to that offer. You say Logan would give the shirt off his back and help others well wonder what he is doing for the person that saved him his life, family, and his millions.

Apparently some of you do not know Logan as well as you claim to...This, by far was not his first affair. That's right, this so-called "devout catholic" has been and adulterer for at least a decade, that I know of (speaking of egotistical)... I personally knew his mistress, who Glynis unknowingly welcomed into her home with opened arms.

Don't get me wrong, Glynis was totally wrong for what she attempted to do and should be punished accordingly. But Pleaseeeeee, do not paint Logan as an angel when he is very, very far from it! Glynis will have to answer to the law, Logan will have to answer to God...
