Zipping himself into a sleeping bag on the floor of a Pakistani call center shortly after Christmas, Tom Slone was feeling the depth of the crisis ravaging his Colleyville-based Touchstone Communications.

I do appreciate the effort of the writer but it is showing more favoratism to Slone than showing facts and figures. I wish that the writer goes to the court and see Tom, Mike, farrah, Sid and Farukh's depositions as in my opinion it would help you get to the reall story and not what they are claiming to be the facts.

It is really interesting but un-fortunate that Tom is claiming to be the saint but he has deprived a lot of people from earning their bread and butter and also has fired a lot of people without pay for the sole reason that they did not side with him. I wish that the writer do visit the court for real time details.

I was with Touchstone in 2003 as the GM. I have a great deal of respect for both Farukh and Tom. I also had differences with both men. When things go bad, it is human nature to gravitate towards the negative. It is my prayer the parties find a way to solve the issue for the the good of the employees of
Touchstone who I still view as family. Good luck to and God bless to Touchstone.

I worked for touchstone for a few years and have many good memories from that time. I've had a lot of interaction with Tom and consider him a mentor and friend. I would take his side any day but at the same time I feel there were mistakes made by both Tom and Farukh. Not alot was done about it at the right time and this is what it has led to. I hope these men reconcile their differences and put their minds together to rebuild this company.

Good luck Touchstone.
