This morning starts a new level in battle another kind of war dealing with truth, justice and freedoms that have been bent twisted.

Involving not just the injustice done to my wife & I but thousands others that have had their rights torn and rolled over for those who are breaking the law to up hold it.

Put in positions by the people to safe guard and protect the rights of all.

But instead having used this position to promote their own agenda. For those that think I would die or due to my accident would not have much of a voice and could not be heard they could not be more wrong.

Being a retired Air Force Gulf war vet I do not back down or give ground. I having been in a war to defend the rights of others in another country I never thought that I would be fighting in my own country over these same rights & freedoms.

I’ve been told in several courts of law that I being the so called Victim have no standing in a court of law.

For all those who also had their rights & freedoms trashed this site not just a way to crack open the door to correct the injustice done to my wife & I.

But to tear down the whole wall for all others wronged to walk in and be heard.
