Banks offer $10,000 for robbery arrest, conviction
Umpqua Bank and the Oregon Banker's Association are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in a series of Eugene bank robberies.

How about a reward for whoever can stop Umpqua Bank from its bailout robbery on the US treasury to "increase it's footprint".
