I think it's absolutely right for the man to have shot the dog. What if, instead of cats, that pitbull would've attacked a child? Dog owners need to learn to keep their pets confined to their own properties or on leashes if out in public!

Pitbulls should be shot out of hand. There is no reason to have them around. Afew of them might be nice little pups but the majority are cold blooded kitten killers.

Pit Bull dogs are particularly tasty - they are mostly muscle (meat) and not too much greasy fat. They are very good on grill.

I'm a dog-lover. I've owned Pits in the past. As much as I like dogs and all other animals, I feel the man had every right to kill the dog. The report from KEZI says that two dogs were on the loose. I doubt that they would have stopped at having killed two cats.
I'm in total agreement that dog owners MUST keep their dogs leashed when in public places, and confined to their own property when at home. This is for the safety of other animals and people, as well as the safety of their own pet. It really gnaws at me when I see peoples' dogs loose and wandering out into the streets. Makes me think that the owners really don't care that much about their own pets, therefor, care even less about others'.

In a situation like this, who has time to stop to think 'who's at fault here?' If you saw a dog attacking a child, would you not intervene because it's probably not the dog's fault that it didn't like the kid?

I love Pitbulls. They are great family pets. I love ALL ANIMALS. But I do not care if it's a Pitbull or a Pekignese, if I see a dog attacking something in my neighborhood, I'm going to use whatever means I have to to stop the attack.
I don't care what breed of dog you own, be responsible, and keep your dog secure at all times.
And then things like this do not happen.

I think that PEOPLE are rediculous....its not the dog. Yes, I too would have probably shot the dog if it was attacking something....but for people to keep sayiong pitbulls this pittbulls that is just rediculous. Its how you raise your dog....if people werent suck fuckin morons they would pay closer attention to what their dog was doing off a leash to begin with if it had problems with other animals. and one more thing....if you dont know how to take care of a dog, you probably shouldnt have one....especially not a pitbull.

cats are to be used for target practice, so that you do not miss when you shoot the dogs.

Daily Horoscope for November 22

Aquarius

Luck is on your side as the Moon enters your sign, connecting with your powerful life-ruler, Saturn. Focus on the things you want to accomplish today, as you're likely to make progress; others may be discombobulated, but you can grab the tiger by the tail. Saturn activated in your ninth house will also tend to bring a spiritual blessing.
