6-year-old witnesses her puppy killed by pit bull

A little girl witnessed a pit bull attack that killed her puppy in the backyard of her North Eugene home, Thursday.

Where the heck was the owner of the pit bull? For goodness sake it could have been the child! I love pit bulls, obviously someone needs to check into how this pit was raised.
