It would be nice if the information posted would be factual. He is 11 years old and he wasn't playing in the yard. He was on the deck of his grandparents' house. I have a good idea...let's get the highway patrol involved in this case since it was a shooting?

I agree, Can Miller County really handle a case like this I dont think so either.
