-Secure Storage at 24381 S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, was sold by Drew N. Attanasio, trustee for K.A.G Land Trust, to Wiki Wiki Properties LLC for $2,451,000. Timothy Simon with Douglas Realty and Development Inc. represented the buyer and Richard Tucker with Coldwell Banker represented the seller. -Guaos Auto Inc. leased 20,900 square feet of office/warehouse space from 2442 Rockfill Realty Ltd. at 2442 Rockfill Road, Fort Myers. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates LLC negotiated the transaction. -DBi Services leased a 10,000-square-foot office warehouse from Peter Zehetner at 5893 Enterprise Parkway in Billy Creek.
