For the first three hours of what was supposed to be his jury trial, Timothy Ray Shifflett consulted his family on an important decision - potentially face life in prison if convicted by a jury of forcibly sodomizing a young boy or face 17 years in prison if he entered into a plea agreement.

I am so sorry for the many Victims he has effected. The S.O.B. Should of got life. I hope everyday he gets what he deserves. The inmates are aware of his crime upon arrivial . So please bend over for the soap.
