Whose bright idea was it to have the band play through the fireworks??

Totally ruined it for all of us. They could've been the best band in the world -- and they most assuredly were NOT -- but even then it would've ruined the event... part of the draw of fireworks is the sound and the booming... when I hear a second-rate band playing third-rate songs throughout an otherwise great display... arg. And UGH!!!
