i recently fell off of a treadmill and sprained my back. it wasnt so bad that i needed medical attention, but after some rest it was still sore. i read up on back injurues and home rehab and the info suggested back excercises and massages. along with the regular back excercises and a weekly visit to oriental massage (ask for Cici), i felt like a 17 yr old again. this place works miracles!
