Yea that's true, but when she finds out that you knew and didn't say anything she wil be mad at u, but if u say something n truth comes out later, she might be mad for a while but be grateful for you later. It's a tough situation but I would tell her

I was put in this situation several years ago. I handled it by going to my friend's husband and told him that I knew and that if he didn't tell her, I was going to. He told her himself.

I say you tell her. If you don't it's always going to in the back of your mind. If she is a good friend she wouldn't be mad at you for telling her the truth.
