Lawyers representing Democratic U.S. Rep. Kathy Dahlkemper's re-election campaign are asking four local radio stations to pull a radio ad from the air, claiming the ad distorts her stance on abortion.
Lawyers Steven E. Riley and Philip Friedman contacted station managers for WRTS-FM/Star 104, WXBB-FM/Bob 94.7, WXKC-FM/Classy 100 and WTWF-FM/The Wolf 93.9 on Wednesday via letter about an ad by Americans United For Life.
Riley and Friedman said the radio ad makes the claim that Dahlkemper, who faces Republican Mike Kelly in the Nov. 2 election, voted for "the largest expansion of taxpayer-funded abortions ever."
Riley and Friedman call that claim "slanderous, inaccurate and misleading," stating that there is no public funding for abortion in the health-care law that Dahlkemper supported. She opposes abortion.
Station officials could not be reached for comment.

Kathy did vote for it. Even she admits it now.
