When you consider that Joe Sinnott created a job for Erika Howland, another member of the Erie media, it doesn't sound so far fetched. The only difference is that Grossman and Lecorchick aren't dating, although the way Lecorchick gushes over Grossman on the radio, we probably shouldn't rule that out entirely.

This type of angry spirited comments are what is wrong with Erie and America. Ask Jim if he is even interested, as a matter of fact he actually addressed this on the morning show. A definitive no, and went on to describe how he is not qualified. Jim is an asset to the public and I think he truly loves his job and the fact that Grossman is his friend, just makes it better for all of us i.e. bi-weekly radio appearances. Take your anger to the mirror and see it for yourself.

Very well-said. Morons like that make good candidates reluctant to run for office and serve the public.

...if he does take a job, it will be the first legitamate job he ever had. Think about it. Sports News - failed. Baseball Card Trader - Failed. Numerous radio stations - Failed. Come on - the guy has to be in his 60's and probably doesn't have a "pot" to piss in (even though his son has plenty). How many marriages - 3 (all failed) LOSER PERSONIFIED!!!!

Barry dane stink hagen was off today due 2 laryngitis, and Jim spoke alone. At one point he admitted he was broke and has nothing saved for retirement. So after 60 years of following sports teams, he hasn't had the time to buy a savings bond, start an IRA, or save anything.
What a moron!

Maybe Andy Sissini, Dave Ridge, Danny Bragrabber, or some Notre Dame fan will let him sleep in their garage, or pay him to tell sport stories about the good old days at Prep. Yea, sure.

Jim won't have to worry a bit. So what if he's lived his entire sixty plus years without any personal discipline. So what that he's dead end broke and his best friend is the one who bought him his most recent pizza. Now Jim can count on our new savior Obama to promise and provide him a life supportd by us fools who actually had the audacity to pay attention in school, put our noses to the grindstone, made mature decisions regarding the balance of business vs. pleasure, and actually managed to stay out of debt by living within our means. It is time we are made to pay for our misguided lives. After all, it's not fair to Jim and all those like him is it ? Hey I know. Let's set an amount that every American is allowed to take home. I mean every American, from the hated billionaire to the poorest of the poor. Nobody is allowed to have any more or any less. Now that would be the fairest system of all. Who could be against that ? Then and only then can America truly be great, right ? Jim, maybe your ship will finally come in. God bless America !

Many of you have managed to beat up James L. pretty good. Certainly I don't agree much with him. However, the guy appears to be fairly happy. Now perhaps ignorance is bliss but if the guy doesn't impact your life, why abuse him anymore than you have ?

None of us are perfect.

But some of us are closer to perfect than others. We're not all flawed the same.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Scorpio

If you've been surrounded by people during the past few days you welcome the chance to have some time to yourself today. It's a wonderful excuse to do something really indulgent in private, such as scoff a whole box of chocolates while watching a favourite film on TV. But make sure you destroy all the evidence before everyone else comes home!
