I have met Mr. Logue before for legal advice and he treated me with the upmost respect and I believe he would do exactly what he says he will do.

Don't forget that one of Mr. Logue's first acts as Pubic Defender was to hire Ian Murray. Several years earlier Mr. Murray had been fired from his job as assistant public defender for getting one of his clients at the rent a room by the hour Thunderbird Motel and by his own admission in court proceeded to hump her leg. Sorry Tony, we need someone who has better judgment than you on the bench....That's just the facts.

Logue has some skeletons besides the hiring of Murray. Remember, he was hired by Divecchio, who does what Leone tells him to do. I saw Bagnoni and the mother of his 4 week old child (Julia Dudics) supporting Logue and with that comes the Airport Authority (what a joke) headed by Porreco. How old is Bagnoni anyway?- has to be in his 60's...and also along for the ride will be Dipaolo.
He got rid of AJ Adams, Andrew Weinraub, Keith Clelland and Christine Konzel. He kept the inept Rogan - why? Who knows? He got rid of a lot of influential names and kept Murray (who voted in favor of Rubino constantly when he was on City Council)
When it comes to pulling the lever, make sure you do your homework on these Judges-to-be and find out who their "acquaintances" are...
Wow you sound very bitter, did Mr. Logue bounce you out on your little dupa, or could it be a big fat one!

I met Tony years ago He came from very humble beginnigs and made something of himself. Were very proud of him and know he will do a great job as Judge. Good fortune to him and we can't wait to read about him in the papers as Judge.

Two NE PA judges and their court administrator are charged in federal court with taking $2.6 million in payoffs/kickbacks to sentence juveniles to private detention centers run by the Zappalas, and theft of gambling proceeds.

Sounding bitter, as always. Why don't you have another drink or puff (of whatever it is you are smoking now) and get over it!

Logue is an excellent attorney and a good person. He has my vote.

Wow. Between Buzz and "Anthony" Logue announcing their candidacy for elected office it's a good week to be an unitelligent and unethical lawyer in Erie County. Yippee-ka-Yay!

Nice, Andrew! You only think he is unethical because he canned you. How's defending Eskimos going for you? Have you met Palin?

Well when they mention Mark DiVecchio hired him. That was all it took for me to say no to him. I don't trust anybody

DiVecchio hired Tony Logue? Well good reason not to trust him. also he was a township lawyer and he was a total jerk at that, they had more sidebar meeting then real township meetings the whole time Logue was involved. The people came out for the meetings and the supervisors and Logue would close them down for their sidebar meeting so nobody could find out what the devil was going on. Don't trust Logue , sorry he did our township dirty in more ways than we probably know about.

I've seen Logue in action as a Public Defender. His client deserved better. So do we.

Mr. Logue would be a great asset to the community as a judge. I believe that he will make his courtroom fair where, "all voices can be heard".

You should post all the facts. Ian Murray may have had bad judgement, HOWEVER, in a court of law....Mr.Murray was found NOT GUILTY. No crime was commited. Therefore, your conviction is unwarranted and is personal opinion.....NOT FACT.

Mr. Logue came to one of our senior functions. One of our group said he really helped her with a problem with a Penelec bill, did not charge her. He was very respectful to the group, picked up at least 50 votes there, mine included. He's a veteran, too. That's real important in my book.
