Well after the fireworks was over. I had pulled up to the light at the corner of Wendys and Big Lot. The officer directing cars let I know because I counted after a while over 100 cars go from one direction. Not stopping to let the other direction cars go by. People in cars behind me started blowing horns. Even with "gaps" in the line of cars, the officer still did not let us go by. So one by one cars in our line started doing U-turns to go the other way. By the time I turn around and got to the light at Video Warehouse. Another officer was at that light, has us stop while he let 60+ cars go before let us go. I could under stand if I was on a side road trying to get out. But I was on 319 trying to pass through town. Is this how it always here? Do they "NOT" know how to kep the cars moving along or what?
