We MUST learn why Albany's black community is so out-of-control and resolve whatever the problem is. If its lack of basic parenting skills, lazy parents/teachers or just general ignorance, then take the children out of these homes while they are still young enough to correct.

Or quit creating the children to begin with.... The women who birth these babies have no business getting pregnant in the first place.

Man, as a child coming up, I never knew the world was as corrupt as it is. Now that I'm a teenager, the world suddenly isn't the sparkling wonderland that television and other distractions depicted it as. This is a prime example of our world. A small girl almost lost her life over something foolish and the adults, who should've been smart enough to settle it in a responsible manner, attempted to solve their dispute with violence...It's a shame, really, that our world is what it is. We have to make a change for the better for the sake of the next generation.

Well, since they want to fight and use guns, send their ass to Iraq and let them get shot at, and get their frustration out on the iraqs, let our troops come home. Our troops are fighting to protect us,and they are also fighting to protect the low lifes that are shooting and not taking anyone else into consideration. This would maybe solve alot of the problems.

I disagree. These people are cowards who don't have the character that it takes to defend your country to the death.

However, the troops could always use good targets for practice.

It only gets worse - and then you face death.
Society and nature want you dead and you'll spend the next 70 years or so fighting nature and society. If you are young, stay in school and make the best grades that you can to open as many doors as possible. Its your only hope.
