Man faces charges in child rape

Thanks to the mcminn county sherriffs department for making our county safer for our children.

i heard the man had a diaper fettish and was arrested wearing one! its because of sick perverted men like that that kids get hurt and live a long life of depression and hate!

i hope he pays hard for what he did to that poor girl! i feel sorry for her and her family.way to go to the sherriffs department!

people are innocent untill proven guilty ,however when the is a confession involved i feel justified to saying how I feel about this artical i read. I wonder if there is an agency or organization that tracks pedifiles like this through the justice system other than law enforcement and prosecuters, the reason I wonder this is because I have read stuff in our paper with less seriouseness than child rape. I guess the child lived so no one gets involved. Well this kind of stuff involves us all and I think if there is some one out there preying on children its up to everyone to do what they can to stop it. I wonder why the daily post athenian is more involved in their obituaries and sports sections than they are one alerting us all to a posing threat to our children. do they know this person made bond and is out on our streets again? I found out with a phone call to the justice center.

i heard he got out of jail already! what justice is that letting a child rapist out on bond? how can anyone pay for a bond for a sex crazed child rapist out like that?i feel so sorry for the family of that poor 7 year old baby girl. thats just crazy! hopefully he will go to prison for what he did and pay dearly for it! no child should go thru what she did. the rapist should have some kind of tracking device on him so the cops can monitor his every move! mothers beware! there is a child rapist out there! keep your kids close to you! he is a very sick twisted sorry excuse for a man and deservers to get whatever comes to him!

I agree strongly with Bella,,There should be a tracking device on suspected child molesters if they are allowed to be free on bond and if there is a confession involved I would think there should be some way to justify it. I think this would be a way to protect the victim and society as well. What do our law makers spend their time doing that this hasnt been thought of before?

Does anyone really care? The child was,nt one of mcminns prominent was she? The rapist must have been,, why else was his picture not in the paper to protect the public? Oh that right,,, thats for the prominent.

i think this sick minded freak should be hung at the court house cause that is messed up he should be givin the death sentence.

yep a sicko no doubt,,I wonder though why he only had a fifty thousand dollar bond with a confession though,,does that sound like somebody is helping the rapist and not the child? and if he made that bond after confessing to child rape i wonder is the child safe? And i also wonder why no mug shot of the 30 year old man was not in the paper for the community to be made more aware for their childrens safty.
