Feud between Clayton, Englewood impacting residenta s sewage services

Matt Johnson's septic tank is going bad, but he can't get sewer service from the city of Clayton, where he lives.
Clayton council should admit they screwed up when they took over all of Randolph township and give the 7 lots on Wenger Road to Englewood. This would solve the sewer problem and help reduce the bad blood between the cities.
