Kind of smells like a set-up. Why would a bunch of boys old enough to know wasup, just go ahead and provide naked photos to him? I bet they hated him, and found a way to get back at him.

I know Adam since he was a child. You can bet that he was set up. May these boys not victems be punished for ruining the life of an innocent man and his family. I would let Adom coach my son anyday.

the whole story sounds crazy. Innocent until proven guilty & it doesn't sound like he is

Adam is one of the finest young men I know. This is beyond a setup- it is vicious jealousy. He could coach any of my kids anytime. It would be an honor to have him as their coach.

These boys must have really been jealous of this guy. All those false accusations, colluding with each other and then convincing the police. I wonder what he could have possibly done to get them so upset????

I know Adam, he is a great man and a great coach. He was set up. There is no way he could do something like this. The whole story is fishy.

I know Adam , and he is a very sick man . Just listen to the Teaneck youth who also know him very well and they will tell you that the stories are true and that this is just the tip of the iceburg. He needs to be removed from society!

Let's all destroy a 'shem tov' like Adam -- ever hear of the expressions 'rechilut' and 'lashon harah'???-- this is reprehensible. The press is the biggest abomination for releasing this. Interesting that when you'd google Melzer, you'd only get good: 9/11, nachum segal, ohr yerushalayim, Freddy Hirsch tournament. Does it dawn on anyone here that this could be a fabrication? Or is everyone taking this press piece as gospel? A man is innocent until proven guilty in this country. The article itself is a piece of swiss cheese chock full of holes. Adam cannot only coach my son, but is welcome in my home anytime. I don't believe this for a second. And, even if a nano decimal/fraction of the article is true, even if some judgment errors are possible and have been committed, it aint what the article would like to have the entire Teaneck community and yeshiva world at large lead to believe. The kids are just that; kids -- underage; who's lying here? The article is convoluted, misleading and utterly disgusting. Adam should be feted for his past conduct and not defeated for what may turn out to be a monumental lie.

The Jewish community should be proud that there is a man as charasmatic and as fine as Adam.

if you read the articles carefully, it states that he turned HIMSELF in. If he was innocent why would he turn himself in?

The henchmen strike again. I suppose he turned himself in due to pressure from the layleaders of the community. That's what a mentsch does.
