"The chapter first requested the money about 10 years ago."
"The Nation is in the process of securing archeological and environmental clearance for the project."

If this was in the works for tha amount of time mentioned, wouldn't one think that the required clearances be done by now??

it sound good,all that money but when everyone get there cut, navajo nation, sub-committee's, chapter officals, admis. cost, dr.joe s., speaker of the house, counselmen, maybe we will get service to five homes, maybe !!!!!
