Well, two and a half hours of this sales guy pitching us his deal, going on and on about energy efficiency and blah blah blah then he drops the bomb on us... They won't come out to replace just one window, they have to do at least three and wait for it....$7,000.00 is the total cost! Ridiculous waste of our time! We ended up having Aldefer Glass come out to do the job. They were fantastic in both price and respecting our time!

If, you are smart you will NOT get this company! FYI, most places like this contract their work out and when something goes bad they go bankrupt. Which means you will never get the shoddy work fixed. OR your money back. Window wizards are the WORST TOO.

Who ever this guy is, is a dam moron. Its a great place to work, and it probably was us at your door. A lot of good guys work for PHRG, obviously sometimes there are assholes like that anywhere you go. I'm sorry you had to deal with someone like that, and I'm ashamed that someone like this is representing our company.

I stayed at someones house while they were at work and this companay replaced their windows. WOW what messy workers and poor work.
Then, these people had them back to correct work they had done.
WOW what messy workers and poor work.
They are a young couple and felt as though they were being a pain and too demanding, so they settled for this job.
I would never recomend them.

We had them do an estimate for a roof replacement. They quoted us at $23,000!!!!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous!!!! And the estimate took about 2 hours we wanted him to leave but he had to show us everything he had. I will not ever let them do work on our house!!

Ripping off all plywood? What type of shingles? Lots of hips, valleys, ridges? Also you say that is expensive based on what? Are you a roofing contractor do you know the numbers and costs of doing business? I'm not a roofer but I am a contractor. Whenever I hear "that's expensive" I always ask "based on what" and the person never has an answer because anything above $5 is expensive to them. Meanwhile they live in a better home then I do and I work much much much harder then them.

I'm not a roofer but I am a contractor. Whenever I hear "that's expensive" I always ask "based on what" and the person never has an answer because anything above $5 is expensive to them. Meanwhile they live in a better home then I do and I work much much much harder then them. Actually I'm not a contractor but my husband is!!! It is a job that should cost about $10000 or a little more. Don't be such a prick!!!

Just found this discussion and I do find this company to be a huge turnoff. I was playing in my front yard with my 1 year old and a rep from Power Home let himself in through my fence and sat himself down next to us on my blanket. So creepy! I was home alone with my baby. I also got his cell phone shoved in my face as well while he fed me salesy lines about a free estimate. I can't even hang out in my fenced in yard in peace. Then for the last 2 months, I get phonecalls from them 2 times a day.... While my baby naps too. I don't answer and they talk on my machine calling out my name like they know me . I couldn't take the harassment and finally got around to calling the number to have me removed off the call list. If I ever need work done, I would never use them based on their shady and rude tactics.

i live in hellertown they came around a few weeks ago here. as my roof could use some repair i agreed for a free estimate, they told me they send someone out that night never showed up, they have been calling my every night and when i pick up they hang up. i called afew times to tell them to stop calling my number i was nice to them. they kept calling so i got nasty with them and now they dont call anymore. a bunch of BS if you ask me.

I happeded to meeting with a salesman at my workplace. He mentioned his son works for Power. When pressed he did say Power is over-priced and they use high pressure tactics.

Used to work for this company. Worst job I ever had. I can't believe people walk around and do that. After being lied to in the interview, (it was posted as a sales position) I started looking at complaints and realized how ridiculous the sales tactics were. I also felt bad setting people up for that. It's a shame people get taken advantage of.
