This family has tried to sell this house at this location two times now...maybe if it didnt look like Sanford and Sons Junkyard they might be able to sell it....I have spoke with many of the neighbors and they are tired of this house bringing all the other houses property value down in the neighborhood...i have noticed that he has put new grave in the driveway...that is a little better than the roofing shingles he used to have in his driveway.....i think he is still at war due to the fact the only attractive thing he may have in his yard in the soldiers statues saluting you as you drive by...please finish serving our country by cleaning up your shithole...

I live a few blocks away and often take walks. I have walked past this house many times, at one time the stench from dogs was unbearable.We have a few people in are area that need to clean up thier properties.

Go to City Hall and file a complaint and, while you're at it, tell them about the house behind the Mobil gas station.

You want to see Sanford and Son's Junkyard - just go look at the new house on Vista Drive. More trailers and trucks parked in the yard than a truck stop.

Where does it say the man wants $400,000 he never mentioned a value just that he lives on a fixed income, in case you don't know what that means he only gets an x amout of money to live on which isn't very much. Just think if you think his house is worth that much, sell yours because it must be worth three times that much then find a neighborhood where everyone is perfect like you but please dont choose mine. |

I completely agree!!! i currently live next to a garbage dump thats suppose to be a house because my neighbor just piles up his kitchen garbage in his lawn and there it sits. Then it blows over to mine. DISGUSTING! how hard is it to clean up ur yard. no wonder y it was so cheap to move here. is there anything that i can do??? we are out of city limits so i cant call the village and complain! |

Yes there is something you can do - move way out into the sticks where your closest neighbor is a 1/4 mile away - then you won't have anything to b1tch about - MAYBE

hey guy, when exactly was the last time you went by here? just askin because the yard was cleaned up almost 2 years ago. and since when does iit make me a hillrod because I'd rather live by a guy that goes to work and helps neighbors out compared to some worthless piece of trash that smokes dope all day and partys all night? just curious if you'll respond with any factual information. Maybe I'll snap some pics of this house and link them here to my photobucket and the users can see who the "tard" is |
