Gays Mills seriously needs FEMA to help get a flood drainage corridor built to direct the kickapoo away from there when heavy rains occur! This has gone without favor for too long, my family has had a property there for many generations,and this problem should have been taken care of long ago. People shouldn't have to move out or sell their homesteads to fix this environmental problem. The federal government should adjust the environment so the water doesn't take over.
