Mr.Niedzalkowski was cited but tests were given and no alchol was found in his system.He was taking several prescripitions for a heart condition which had a adverse reaction on him.Ask the department why he was not transported to the er immediately for evaluation,for apparent injuries to his hand also for toxic reaction to prescribed medication risking his health?
