Identities released of four killed in vehicle accident
ELON, N.C. A husband and wife were among the four people killed when a sport-utility vehicle slammed into them while they were retrieving a stranded vehicle along a roadside, authorities said Sunday.

There better be some good charges. I'm sick of people being so complacent with vehicle deaths/injuries and just acting like it's part of life. I think unless it truly is an accident, like your breaks just suddenly go out, it should be treated no differently than if someone accidentally shot someone.

This man should receive the death penalty and be charged with felony rubbernecking. A lot of motorists are so damn stupid they shouldn't even be allowed to drive. This idiot should be charged with something. No wonder people are starting to take the law into there own hands. Laws and courts are a joke.
