I find this deplorable to wipe out a whole small pack of wolves!
Predators bring down the sick, weak and unsuspecting young of a species. They are what keep a species healthy and thriving.
Cattlemen need to be more prudent in the handling of their animals when in fact I don't even believe cattle should be run in the mountains. If so then they should expect this to happen and purchase extra animals to offset their expected losses.
It also appears to me that the cattlemen are running their cattle in the wolves territory.

You fools don't realise that MAN has always been the top predator and removing the top predator only lets the lesser predators run wild. I live in the packs stomping grounds. The only reason they are after the cows is that they have DESAMATED all the natural wild game. To defend the Wolfe over ALL the other species is asinine and VERY uninformed. I live there how about you.
You LIMMINGS need to get a job or at least an understanding of how nature works.

Chaos and The Big Fish, I can't believe your stupidity. Your logic is wrong. Wolves are ALSO pretty high in the food chain. Removing wolves lets coyotes run wild. Removing coyotes lets foxes run wild. Removing foxes lets raccoons run wild. Do you plan to remove every single predator lower then the wolf? And learn how to spell. It's DECIMATED, IDIOTS and LEMMINGS. Like this; I hope you IDIOTS are DECIMATED one by one like LEMMINGS. Oh and, about the 'how nature works' thing, this is the job of predators in the wild; They remove all sick and old animals! SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST.

there is more wild game here now than there was 100 years ago. the real reason the wolves feed on cattleis cuz its easy pickins. a pack of wolves will kill 10 calves a week. those ten calves grow up to be pretty expensive beefs. im not a farmer but a butcher and do business with the farmers.
look at alaska. they tried to protect the wolves andnow they turned around andput bountys on them because they grew to many and are upsetting the natural ballance. a hard winter and your gunna loose most ofthe fawns and elk calves not to mention more beef calves. they know what they are doing. fish and game study these numbers and even have fancy computers to make predictions on what the future will be like if they dont act know.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Leo

Perhaps it's the fact that it's Christmas Eve and everyone is busy, but you can't help feeling that you're walking on eggshells around certain people. Their emotions are very close to the surface and could erupt at a moment's notice, perhaps in a storm of tears or a fit of pique. Calm them down and ask if you can do anything to help.
