What a goof, as other drivers in the area we're better off without her. That's a residential area good thing she didn't hurt anyone else.

You people are quite judgemental. I live in this town. What is omitted in the media, is the police were informed by a cashier in the local White Hen Pantry, that a woman with bloodshot eyes appeared to be under the influence of some substance. Word circulated that she was quite upset after cashier said she should not be driving. A POLICE CHASE pursued traveling dwn my block & thru our yard at about 60 miles/hr. The lady lost control then her life. Who's fault is it?

There is no question it is sad that she lost her life. But as to whose fault it is, it lies strictly with the woman. Presuming that she was abusing some substance, SHE CHOSE to imbibe, SHE CHOSE to not heed the warnings of the store clerk, SHE CHOSE to drive the car, and SHE CHOSE to flee the police. I doubt that she was forced against her will to drink or take drugs, get behind the wheel and drive, and forced to flee from the police rather than stop. I have no doubt that had the clerk forcibly taken her keys to prevent her from driving, the clerk would possibly have been arrested, and store would have been sued.

does anybody realize she was only 20 years old. thats a baby, i live in town and from what i have gathered, the clerk knows her and told police who she was cuz she was worried about her, the girl was drunk, the plates on her car came back to her. she could have easily been picked up at home. if this was your daughter or niece, or had she hit your family instead of a tree, how would you blame. the drunk little girle? or the highly trained ,sober, adult that thought chasing a drunk through a quiet resadential nieghborhood was a good idea. there are times police should chase, there is no doubt. but this is not one of them. again, what if that was your little girl, we have all made mistakes. the vpd is 100percent responsible for her death. god bless her poor family

Filthy Villa Park "police" again fail the test.
Un-trained THUGS wearing a badge and guns - no better than Barney Fife in this rotten little blip of a town - the most IMPORTANT men wearing their MANHOOD on their hip.
Chasing drunks into trees.
How FuckingManly.
The blood of this poor kid is on the head of the stupid thug PIG that chased her into that treeet where she died along with her parents dreams for her.
Filthy FuckingPigShit.
