I'm so tired of Republicans and out-of-touch Tea Partiers making outrageous claims and slinging around political spin on everything. They are BY FAR worse than the bleeding heart Democrats. Independents are the only ones telling it like it is, but no one is listening because they are interested in nothing more than being on the winning side of an election. It's ridiculous. Here's a list for poorest counties: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/12/21/2010... Here're (wiki) lists for poorest cities and lowest income cities: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_poor... *Note the people living at the established poverty level ($11 per hour or less) are what bring our median income down. If you actually compare the City of Milwaukee to the rest of Wisconsin, we fair just fine. Here's the Forbes list: http://www.forbes.com/2009/10/12/most-impover... *Did you find Milwaukee on it? No. But I'm supposed to believe you, right? I've done my research (reading spam doesn't count). Milwaukee cannot afford your hero. Contrary to what you have said in the past about me being a liar I am clearly not. Anything I have posted I have read or heard from a credible source. I'm sorry I don't have the time like you to save and file all of the links or articles I read. This just proves that you just like to call people liars just because you don't agree with their statements. This shows I don't just make things up like you previously said. Just because you read and believe all of the liberal bs does not make it true. Try having an open mind and looking at things from the opposite perspective maybe you would actually make an educated decision and not just be a follower. DON'T BE A SHEEP!!!

ONCE AGAIN...
Poverty level in the US is $11 per hour. There is a good reason I've been posting that number. A person making $11 per hour can afford to own an inexpensive (paid in cash) car. A person making that wage can still afford to rent an apartment (and pay their bills). It's R-E-L-A-T-I-V-E, just like convenience.
Now, should one who is limited to that wage be having multiple children? And is it the job of employers to raise wage rates according to how many kids one wants? That's nothing to do with who is Mayor. I've mentioned that fact before.
The two articles you managed to find AFTER-THE-FACT both cite the report to which I've referred. Milwaukee doesn't appear on the list of "Poorest" city. Sorry to burst your bubble. I've even posted the lists for everyone to see. Biz Journals and JS the LOWEST INCOME list and reported it as 10 POOREST CITIES. The Forbes report parallels the ACS report.
Believe me, I read a lot about this before and after your initial posts.
Do I think the wage rate in Milwaukee is acceptable? No. It should be higher. But that is the responsibility and decision of employers.

Dust yourself off, kiddo. Try, try again. You just hate the fact that I have proven that the articles I posted about actually exist and that I don't make things up as you said. So yes I have proven you wrong. Don't care if what I gave you for a link appeases you or not all that matters is that I am right and you are wrong.

No, I really just want you to provide what I've asked... data, links to data, the official lists. You haven't done this yet. I know why. You know why. And it's obvious to everyone else why you haven't been able to bring yourself to meet the challenge. What you claim is fictitious. There is no data or list which suggests Milwaukee is one of the poorest cities in the country. "Milwaukee cannot afford anymore of Walker's attacks."

"Milwaukee cannot afford anymore of Walker's attacks." Both links I provided say that Milwaukee is the 9th and 4th poorest large city in America. I don't run the websites that provided the articles so if you have a problem that they don't supply you with a list tough crap. We are not all here to appease you or look things up for you. Stop being lazy and look yourself. You can't admit when you are wrong can you. I'm not talking about the rank of Milwaukee on any list but I'm talking about that fact that I stated it was one of the 10 poorest and you asked for a link or article because you thought I made it up. I clearly did not and provided you the articles. So on that point of you calling me a liar you are WRONG!!! Walker Forward Barrett Backward

Read it again, Margaret. It's a little something called train-of-thought. You avoided the train-of-thought. You checked out MY links, found you couldn't defend your claims with them, and Googled articles which backed up your Republican chain mail story. The fact I went so far as to actually provide the data links myself should have been a clue I knew you couldn't do so. I actually Googled your claim and learned about the goofy chain mail that way. I have to laugh to keep from crying at your level of silliness. Ciao!

Real jobs numbers. Anyone that passed 2nd grade math could figure out that when unemployment goes down that means more people are working. A study on jobs from 95% of employers will always be more accurate than that taken from 3.4% of employers. That's probably 5th grade math. From what I have seen liberals are not very good at math. Example OBAMA. http://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LASST55000005...

Well, you and I have been posting on the same threads long enough for you to know I don't tolerate sweeping, inaccurate claims and other political spin very well. I detest it, no matter which political Party is generating it. I watched the first debate between Barrett and Walker. As I predicted, Walker refuses to directly address any criticism of his actions/inactions. I also predicted Barrett would not be the least bit polarizing or exciting. I was, however, impressed with the candid nature in which Barrett stated he cannot be bought (and backed it with the fact he is not the unions first choice). Walker, on the other hand, COMPLETELY DODGED the fact he can be and has been bought. I was utterly disappointed in Barrett failing to compose himself enough to nail Walker on that back door, billion dollar video leak. In the end, I would give the win for most honest answers to Barrett... while I'd give the win for most polarizing answers to Walker. 50/50.

I don't understand why Walker wants to cut spending. We're talking about underpaid teachers and firemen here, raise taxes and just pay them.
