Think twice about going to visit this (piece of work!) 2/28/2008
I’m just recently returned home from my lovely visit to one of our local (professional??)
Dentists. I made an appointment for a cleaning. Got there was seated by the receptionist
And was told that the doctor would be in to consult, take evaluations, ex rays etc, etc
I informed her that all this would not be necessary as all I wanted was a cleaning.
As requested per our phone appointment. Well, dr. whitey must have heard our conversation because I could now here him screaming at his receptionist stating (loudly)
That we don’t just do a teeth cleaning here!! I was then informed (in a nasty manner) that we need an evaluation, and a consultation, and ex rays!!! And……I explained to dr. whitey that if this in fact was his protocol why waste each
Other’s time. This could have been explained to me by his receptionist over the phone
(And im sure in a more compitant, professional manner). End result before I could gather my glasses and put on my coat and thanking him for wasting my day, time off work, He called the police!!!! Unbelievable. I am still shocked and this happened an hour ago. Look, I am a property owner and have had a business in town for over 15 years. We all have protocols and run our business in different manners. It’s bad enough to have an appointment at 1pm and don’t get acknowledged until 2:15 .you and your staff should be on the same page. This jerk needs a vacation or a lesson in client etiquette…………
Or a sedative. Or even an early retirement. In the past I have heard negative stories from people in town in reference to this incompetitant dental practitioner. I figured what the heck
How bad could a visit to this guy’s office be for a simple teeth cleaning. So there you go
Dr. Whitey, another satisfied patient. Thanks for the service, ill pass a good word along
……….NOT!!!!!!!

Don't know who you're talking about but Dr. Whitely, Russo and DaSilva have been my dentists for about 9 years and I can honestly tell you that this office of dentistry medicine can be challenged by no other. If Dr. Whitely found just cause to call the police on you, it was most probably justified. Never have I had a problem with him, my entire family brood sees them and each and every one of us is satisfied beyond belief.

I think you have to sit back and do some self evaluating....the problem I believe underlies within you.

The receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentists are all educated in the science and in etiquette!

Avoid John J Cesario, DDS
Unless you enjoy less than precise results and multiple come back for corrections. The front office is run by kids who lack training and plenty negative attitude towards patrons. The dental hygienist is clearly less than pleased to be there, for reasons I dont, know but it shows. This is the place for you if you like to be yelled at by this loud mouth staff or enjoy your made in China Crowns.

I don't know what doctor you saw, but it does not sound like any of the doctors, staff environment that my family has been visiting for nearly 20 years. I hope you reread your comments and look for the anger and bitterness in your writing. If this is a sample of what happened in the office that explains why the police were called. I have always felt very safe and comfortable in the office. I am sure you are probably the only patient in the many years that Dr. Whitely has been in business that he had to call the police as a result of a CLEANING!!!!

I lived in Enfield for a good while and it wasn't long before I realised that the populous there contains more physcopaths per square mile than any place that I have lived since. Professionals, no exception. They ought to change the name of the place to Leftfield.

AVOID DR. WHITTELY AND SILVA IN BASSDALE PLAZA.
This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a doctor. They are clearly only driven by money and nothing else matters to this practice. If your insurance offers free cleanings or any other amenities just forget about it - they will inflate the bill. Please avoid this provider or you will pay dearly.

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Aries

It's difficult to know whether you're being realistic or gloomy today, especially when thinking about matters dear to your heart. For instance, you might be concerned about the welfare of a relative and wonder whether you're making mountains out of molehills. Do your best to remain cheerful and positive, not bogged down in nameless fears.
