EMC Owner wrote: <quoted text> If this is true the phone calls should be going to 911 or directly to the Sheriff's office. Drug dealing is dangerous and no place for our unarmed Public Safety people. Gotta match the right people to the task. Agree on the danger issue but I read the post by none of your business differently. What stood out was the 1-hour response time and lack of any response from the Public Safety Director to the owner. What also stood out was the clear frustration an owner felt after doing the right thing, being patient and then running smack dab into the famous CRRA attitude and lack of respect for owners. Honestly, it sounds like one simple, short courtesy phone call or email from the Public Safety Director could have avoided that frustration. Now look at the result. Gotta match the right people to the task. Agree with you on that for sure.

The real problem here, is that you people look down on those living in campers and trailers. emc owner has posted about the stupidest comment i have ever heard. read that post it rambles something like, people living in trailers are depressed, drug addicts with sucidal, homicidal thoughts, and domestic violence perpetrators. What makes you think that living in a house, makes you any better or any different? saywhat pointed out that they are felons all over your upscale resort. if thats what you people, want to think it is.constipated river resort has attracted a bunch of flies that are full ot sh$t.and you people think getting the campers out will make that place better? i dont think so.

Upscale resort??? haha Real estate agents despise the way CRR is run because it causes so much negativism. Getting rid of the campgrounds is not the answer. Banning roof caps just because a disgraced petunia is throwing a fit is not the answer. Getting rid of the crime and trash on ONLY the lots who deserve it IS the answer. They always need a bad guy to justify their actions. Just part of the fun filled package of lies, deception, contempt and bad attitudes here in the Cockroach Retirement Resort.

it's about time we stand up for our rights. We pay our dues in the campgrounds just like the owners in any other area of CRR but we get less service. We could have a beautiful place to live - full time or part time, just get the gosh darned trash cleaned up. While you are at it, please don't take away the ability for us to have roof caps. The board just needs to listen to the people and stand down. It is Turnbull on first street that won't stop insisting that we stop allowing roof caps. If you are for roof caps show your support and instead of driving down Ogden, let's drive through first street until we get the board to say OK for roof caps.

Why is it that you know so many details about this house?? none of your business wrote: I just heard a very interesting depiction of events involving a drug house in CRR, the public safety dept and an owner. No, I will not mention names. Sorry gossip mongers. A home in CRR went into foreclosure. It was purchased at a bargain basement price. It was immediately turned into rental property. It was rented and a group of males in their 20's moved in. The occupants play loud music at all hours of the night, in one instance at 3AM. An owner noticed heavy traffic in and out of the house at all hours. Most of the "visitors never stay that long. All of the above was reported to public safety on many occasions. The owner says public safety averages over an hour to respond. This is more than likely a narcotics distribution outlet. The home has been significantly trashed. The public safety director has refused to return the owners emails or phone calls. That department is a powerless joke which drains almost a million dollars a year from roads and amenities. That department has ALWAYS been very inconsiderate of owners and yet Lord David does nothing about it. The street of the drug distribution house is Noah. Since public safety and David do not take this seriously and can;t care to address this situation like professionals, maybe a ramp up in publicity about drugs in Coosawattee and CRR's lack of response and concern might be in order. This is not a bluff. Public safety needs to get off their butts and do their jobs or the entire department needs to go.

Charlie, I don't think anyone has said get rid of all the campers. What needs to happen first? the People in power need to admit that mistakes has been made, in allowing the slugs to live here way to long. Nothing can be cleaned up until a certain element is removed permanently. If we just go in and clean up the campground, it will just return to what it was. Nobody looks down on people living in a camper or trailer, it's the creeps, filth and junk that needs to be addressed!

No one pays much attention to her cause she's like the wolf crying. If the board would enforce rules/regs, and bring in the reinforcements "the law" problems solved. No roofcaps,, garbage, drugs etc. Simple solution. FYI I personally don't care about roofcaps other than they are cheaply made, cost 2x what they should and the rules and regs don't support that. The fact that we have owners inc a board member who conveniently disregard rules when they want is why we look they way we do. Board needs backbone.

There was nothing in it about getting rid of CCL5, I was talking about an element much worse than her. So go back and read my post to Charlie Harper.

Me bad. Did interpret wrong, but comment about CCL5 still stand. She is really an ok person if she'd just quit finding fault with everything in CRR especially when she doesn't do anything but complaine. She now has her chosen rep on the board. Maybe he can get her involved. Charlie? Just another looker inside our hornets nest.

It would seem to me a 1st St parade would be fun and a wonderful way to celebrate how much pride in ownership those folks have. There are sure to be enough scraps of any kind of junque on any street (other than 1st) to put together wheeled floats and when the parade is over, there can be a dumpster waiting and all the junque can be tossed in there. I bet the 1st Streeter would have a blast showing off their properties. If people were costumed, they could even throw out pills instead of candy. Little gift bags of meth could be tossed to the crowd as well! Of course, they'd have to have access to the bath houses to write their contact information on the walls. Just kidding (remember, I'm "SeriouslyNot"), though I think an EMC parade could be a way to get the neighborhood together.
