unfortunately this happens all over and not much gets accomplished - they may or may not serve time and go right back to it.

they need to cut the motive - money - arrest the the DOCTORS and especially the PHARMACYs that fill these prescriptions. you can't tell me there isn't a way to have one database of pharms....

and the sellers are usually on public assistance as well !!!

seems like MOST criminals are ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE...

the gov needs to stop victimizing the victims (addicts) so much as the culprits. greedy professionals.

What would you do if your husband lost his job & is disabled, you are cleaning houses to try to pay the mortgage, your house is facing foreclosure, your son is living with you working to help his parents from losing their home & you have no other choice? They weren't selling pills since 2009, that's BS. I know these people. They're just like you & me. None of the arrested had any prior convictions of any sort, not even a speeding ticket. AND they didn't go to the government for assistance like most would. Granted, what they did was illegal & they accept the consequences for their actions with humble hearts. They will serve time for this & are accepting it, along with the fact that the cops took their mortgage money (which was earned not by selling drugs). You shouldn't judge others because you're going to be judged yourself. I hope you rot in the fiery flames down under for your unjustified comments. You don't know the story, so shut the funk up & keep your stupid comments to yourself.

Awe Im so sorry this happen to this family. I so understandwhat they are going thru. so many people are have a difficult time. these poor folks had to try an do what they felt was right. this is whats wrong with our govenment an law enforcement. give these people a break/ hard times for the poor has hit us all. we try to live right an pay our bills. I will certainally pray for this family that GOD helps them an all folks thru hard times. all of us should remember not to judge one another. if you are not wealthy an have hard times paying your bills, eating ect then please remember to have compassion for each other. the ones that are wealthy meaning world wealth you need to help the less fortunate. I am so wealthy in JESUS. that is all the wealth I need on this earth. please love one another an be kind please

I am outraged at the comments that Sarah from NJ has to say - perhaps you don't know them that well. Husband has owned his own painting business for years and has always made good money. Good enough money for them to buy Hummers, build a new, bigger home. Their son's have always worked for the dad and made good money. As far as the oldest son is concerned, please give me a break in stating he was living at home trying to help the parents out, he is a father who does not pay child support, had had numerous accidents and severally injuring others, where the dad has covered for him and kept him from getting in trouble. As far as the wife goes, I don't know. Everyone who lives in FQ county has heard about their "drug" dealings for years, and yes they have been busted numrous times, but were never arrested. Get your facts straight, you can't feel sorry for people who won't help themselves. The father is not diabled the last time I saw him, he was walkin thru Walmart just fine getting out of his big hummer. McDonalds hires 3everyeday so yes there are ways to help yourself. For one don't live beyond your means, two don't try to scam and screw peeople on work you do for them, and third, what goes around comes around.

Really Sarah? I see that boy and his pretty blue eyes pulled the wool over yours! I know these people also and Susie is right. The son has caused accidents and one took someones life and one almost cost another. They have and have always had money so I don't know what kind of lies you've been fed but it's about time these people got what's coming to them. The drug dealing has been going on for years and there is a child involved in this tragedy, the son's child. They are nothing but trash and hopefully will be dealt with accordingly.
