Armstrong Telephone, Internet & Cable

Let's be realistic here about Armstrong. Yes, they have excellent service when you have a problem, however, the prices are NOT competitive.

This is a true monopoly and it is not fair that we do not have a choice in some area's in Cecil County.

I am very surprised that citizens are not complaining more about this issue.

The price for cable is ridicolus. The internet is a joke. You have to pay $40.00 for Zoom 500,(as they call it) and it is the slowest speed I have ever had. You have to pay $10.00 more to have an even faster one, but it is slow too. Now, please tell me how afordable $50.00 for internet is a month? They had dail up until a few years ago. And they charge so much money and do not even have the proper "updated" coverage!

The telephone service isn't any better in price. If you take cable, internet and phone, you pay way over $200/month. What is wrong with this picture??

There is a group coming around with petitions to have "A CHOICE" in many area's.

This is not the American way. We need a choice, not just Armstrong!!!!

We are furious when we moved here a year ago. Yes, Armstrong has good service, the prices suck!

We already contacted local and state officals about the fairness with this issue. My neighbor said it is against the law and they cannot do this. Is this true?
