smrtbaby, I would suggest you read the following: Declaration of Independence Bill of Rights Constitutions You have to first understand the difference between rights and priviliges, if you do you will understand what this is really all about and why people are so upset.

Ok. Did that. Now are you going to answer me or just keep throwing random thoughts to try to evade the question? Ahhhhh. That is why you are no longer married. Lack of communication. This would be a good place to learn how. Try it. You might actually benefit from it and others may benefit also. Even me.

u r still here, This is a question worth answering and something worth discussing. The declaration of independence is about declaring we have unalienable rights. We the people secured those rights in the constitution, such as the 4th amendment. smrtbaby, Im ignoring you, you bring nothing but personal attacks and no value to this discusion.

Troy, Troy, Troy, You are not ignoring me and if you would actually read my blogs you would see that they DO have value and merit. And others have agreed with me. I have also agreed with you and others that the cops could have found a better way. No personal attacks, just questions so that we may all understand what you were thinking. You just do not like the fact that my problem with this situation is your parenting. Go back and read the blogs. You tell me to read. Take your own medicine young man and get well.

Troy, since you presume to be an expert on the constitution, you should know that we have freedom of speech. We do not have to agree with everybody, but it is a wise individual that gets his knowledge from many sources. Even ones that we do not want to listen to, such as our parents, teachers, or other authority. Instead of bucking the system, use the system to your advantage. Did I just see the lightbulb go on?

Happy 4th of July. Independence Day! This is a good day to reflect on how we can have our freedom and independence in a dependent and controlling world.

So by your own admission our rights are secured by the US Constitution. Not by the Declaration of Independence. The interpretation of the Constitution as it applies in your case is not just as simple as reading the the document in question. There is case law and past precedent that the court takes in to consideration.

I assumed that folks that posted here would understand that interpreting the Constitution as it applies to specific rights we have is more complicated than just reading the document(s) in question. Apparently I was wrong. I forgot the lowest common denominator was present.

From the MN Constitution:
Sec. 10. UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES PROHIBITED. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated; and no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be seized.
If anyone feels insecure after an untimely visit from the local PD, then their feeling of security has been violated. Isn't it really just that black and white? The courts only see black and white so this should be easy.

u r still here ~ Would I believe indicate otherwise, if I may be so bold as to speak on his behalf. I am afraid we have a deluded monolithic stalin believer telling us that we should offer those words up for interpretation. Perhaps one day after a good slapping of the bible upside the head and the constitution up the other side, his voice will not dissent to the weight of silver that lines the pockets. It is the lowest denominator, which also brings the legal concept of denomination, that is another story and I suppose another interpretation. You see the problem is when you start to bandy with words, it gets a whole lot more confusing. Even in pig latin and escariotizm.

As others have pointed out, time to get off the pot, you have not said anything in your last 100 posts, you are tiresome and from hence shall be ignored by me too. Night night. LOL you need to read, ask, clarify or go away. I can play sniper troll too ! But do understand that making silver out of other people is the easy part, that is what this country is built on. There is a difference between those who have the stomach for it, and what they worship.
