Workman, Ketchum knock Spike Maynard off Supreme Court

Ketchum is for the working man and would be fair to everyone . Beth Walker is for The Coal Company and large buinesses. She has a proven record of being against the working man.I have know her for 20 years and seen her two faces.She will tell you what ever it takes to get a Judgeship.We just got rid of one crook surely you don't want to put another in do you.

I can see how you would say Menis is for the working man. You failed to say injured working man. Menis Ketchum is a greedy personal injury lawyer who has made his living chasing ambulances and suing businesses that provide jobs and good quality healthcare.

Let's talk about two faced:

This is the Menis Ketchum who said he would not wage a negative campaign, but ran TV spots fabricating a federal probe of an incumbent justice.

This is the Menis Ketchum who told newspaper readers vacation photos of an incumbent justice "threatens the integrity of the West Virginia judicial system," but told a broadcast audience it "doesn't bother me."

This is the Menis Ketchum who said he would protect med-mal caps at the same time his law firm was fighting them.

This is the Menis Ketchum who claimed only one other lawyer in the state filed more case before the Supreme Court, an assertion comparable to gunfire on the tarmac in Bosnia.

This is the Menis Ketchum who ran campaign commercials with uniformed police officers, said he "didn't know the law," vowed to pull the ads but kept them on the air.

Sounds to me like Menis Ketchum is a liar or maybe a flip flopper.

I have personal experience with Menis Ketchum and I can tell you that he is a jerk and from the only phone conversation I had ever had with him, since I am a woman and was questioning a decision that he made, he cussed me out and then proceeded to call my boss and try to get me fired! We dont need people in power like that.

Beth Walker must not be elected for Supreme Court Justice. We just got rid of Judge Maynard,Beth Walker has worked for Love & Rice against the injured workers of WV for more then 20 years.Those injured will get no help from her.It took me many years to beat her and get my Workers compensation so I can honestly tell the injured workers we must not elect her to the Job of Supreme Court Judge she is for big business bought and paid for.Beth Walker is not for the working man.Menis Ketchum has fought for the working man and Beth Walker has been for big business all her life and is no friend of the injured or working man.So on elction day you now know who you are voting for.12 years is a long time to live with a bad judge time.The people made a mistake with Judge Maynard don't make another one with Beth Walker.
