Three teens killed in Cecil Co. crash

I moved to Cecil County from Baltimore City hoping to raise my 3 children in a safer environment. I lived 4 doors down from Chris. He was a very nice young man and the fact that this 46 year old man took the lives of these precious 18 year old angels is devastating. I hope he gets 3 counts of manslaughter and I pray that these young boys went straight to heaven. It is so sad. I have heard many horror stories about this section of route 40. An intensive invetigation into the traffic light of red toad and rte 40 needs to be done asap!

I Grew Up With Both Of Them Chris and Randy Chris used tolive in a farm house on the top of the street where the rising sun town park was and randy was the girl that everyone loved she was an angel im sorry for there losses and it is sad to see this happen may they rest in peace

I knew all 3 since middle school. I moved away my junior year to pa and soon found out about the crash. Me, Ciera and Randy were really good friends in eighth grade. Doing videos for our science class at Randy's house and she was just an amazing girl. I knew Chris from high school as well.. we had many classes together including art. which was a fun time because randy was also in the class. she moved in the middle of the year. I miss them all and wish the families all the best. You guys will be missed and you made an impression on everyones lives you were in.

This accident was a terrible incident. It happened right down the street from my house. I can see that intersection from my garage. I left just 5 minutes before it happened and crossed that same intersection....came back awhile later to find the accident scene. just terrible....30 years is not enough of a sentence.

chris was my 2nd cousin we wernt very close but to no that his life was ended at such a young age killed me when ever i read this i cry i miss him and love him alot

I can see that your young, so just incase your mom didn't tell you, don't speak Ill of the dead it's in bad taste. And quite frankly these families have suffered enough. Life isn't the same when you have to go to a grave yard for your babies 20th birthday and wonder how bad it hurt or if they even saw the jeep before it hit them. Or wonder if they would one day go to college, have families of there own. But I'm sure you thought a lot about all this before you posted such cutting words, after all they've been dead a few years now and you must have searched to find this thread. Shame on you.
