Has anyone else had a bad experience with Star Detail?

Nope, always done good work for me.

yeah i dropped my car off there to get windows tinted and he backed my car into another car and claimed the scratch was already there...its just a place to deal drugs anyway, not a legit business at all. just a joke.

I have been a customer of T.T's for about 5 years and I think that this person is a liar because he has never done me wrong

I do not think he is a liar because he screwed up my car and also said that it must have been like that when I brought it. He is a con artist and I know it for a fact do not go there unless you want to get screwed over!!!!!!!!!!

I did complain to the owner and he was not very helpful, and by your language you sound a lot like him and his staff. This is all the proof anyone needs to see what type of people he deals with I rest my case.

I had my car detailed there and when I got it back all the change that I had in my car was missing, and my window tint had bubbles all in it. Ziebart had to fix it, and I was out twice the money.

I had my windows done there a few years ago and the guy did an good job at a good price. I waited while he did the work and watched the whole process so my experience might be different from others.

My son got his windows done there and there were bubbles everywhere, the attempted to fix it, and they did a better job the second time, but there were still bubbles. :(

I had bubbles two but he took off the tint and put new on while I watched.

This place is aweful. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They scrapped the paint off my bumper and then tried to say he never used a buffer he did it all by hand. I'm checking in to his liability ins. You can tell by looking at it that it wasn't done by hand. He left armoral sprayed all over the front of my car and only half way cleaned the carpets and seats.

I had my car detailed inside and out at Star Detail. I was SOOO disappointed with the work that was done~ or should I say NOT DONE!!! Without going into deatil, I will say that a young boy did the work and I picked it up after everyone else had left for the day apparently, on a Saturday. I took it back on Monday and showed the owner the poor job that was done and he made excuses but had they boy come out and clean what he had missed, which was alot because I was there for over an hour. Additionally, the seats were taken out to clean the carpets and they did not hook the woring back up for the seats. The owner said that was MY responsibility!!! I don't know anything about that, shouldn't they have done that when they put the seats back in? They should be knowledgeable enought to do that if they are going to take the seats out in the first place. THUMBS DOWN TO THEIR WORK!!! Over priced, poor work, excuses. That's what you will get if you give them your business!!!!

This place is not a real business, it is nothing but a sham. My car was detailed there and they left the carpet so damp that my car did smell so bad I had to pay someone else to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

TT is a good guy he really is...maybe talk to him like he is a person if its not done to your satisfaction. Going off on him or anyone isnt going to get you anywhere. Yes he had some young guys working there last time I was in there but they are only human too. You must not understand how many cars they have to detail in one day and how hectic it can get. If you dont like it.....do it yourself. As far as it being a place to deal drugs...are you kidding? really? have you witnessed them dealing drugs there? Trust me..if you knew TTs past you would understand that there are no drugs delt there..and if there were he sure as shit doesnt know about it. And as far as leaving the change in your car....dont leave anything in your car that you dont want taken....it was probably sucked up in the vacuum cuz you probably had it scattered all over your car anyway.
