best of etown

seems like a lot of negative stuff on this site, I thought it may be a good idea to see what are the best businesses, establishments, experiences you have had in this area. lets keep this thread positive.. if you want to bash just start a thread on that, dont do it here. I'll start.
I for one am a big fan of Ginza's that place is the bomb. where else can you go for lunch and get filled up for less than $10.00 Go Ginza you rock.

Love Ginza's! Always have a great time there! BTW Ty for starting a thread that isn't bashing anyone!

I love Artsmart on mulberry, great place to make and paint ceremic's, they offer several classes on things such as ceramic's,thrown pottery, drawing, painting, photography ect. They are having a santa's workshop (for the kids to make christmas ornaments and gifts. I'm looking forward to making some homemade gifts & heirloom christmas decorations myself this year.

Best Restaurant would be Chalupas. Food is good. Place is clean and prices are reasonable. Service is good and their Margaritas are to die for.

Ginza is the best thing that ever happened to Etown...I eat there once a week...YUM

Sorry to start being negative, but Chalupas and clean do not belong in the same sentence. That place is NASTY, have you been to the bathroom there? OMG....there is almost always piss all over the floor, boogers on the walls and mirrors, and the floors are dirty.....sorry, but that place is disgusting.

Ginza sounds good I love trying new places I am not from E-Town were is it located.

Ginza is great. It is in the Starlight Shopping Center on Dixie hwy across from the Towne Mall. I have never eaten there for under $25 to $30 per person though. They may have a lunch menu that I am not familiar with.

I am also a big fan of First Federal Savings Bank, good people very helpful and knowledgable.

My favorite is Kansai....Love that place!!

Kansai is excellent too! Love those Japanese Hibachi Grills.

I've simple taste. I wish to commend the old Omelet House on S. Dixie. Nowhere else local can you find a fresh cooked cheeseburger and fries served on a real plate, with coffee in a real cup ( or soda drink) for $4.27. Think about that. And, it is good.

I now they are not just etown, but Kroger is one of the best grocery stores I have ever shopped.They have great deals and the employees are always very friendly. the produce is also very good..

also, in Re: my other post, I took my dogs over to Scissors & Suds Pet Salon on Mulberry.. she did beautiful work..

I reallylike Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance, great prices, coverage, and customer service, i would recomend them to anyone and ussually do.

Ginza's- I have not eaten at but I think the chef's put on a great show. I went in with a friend once.

Heartland Music- Jeff is a good guy and gave me a killer deal on a new amp...and as far as Ron goes....he is the only one I trust with working on my guitars.

Buddy Ringo Drums- Evan and Jacob are great people, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Fort Knox Federal Credit Union- Have been a member there since I was born, they have always been nice to me and helped me out when I had any questions. plus they have two beautiful girls working there :)

Sav-a-lot- Exactly what the name says...saved so much money shopping there and they also have two beautiful girls that I know of that work there :)
