Steve Grindstaff hired a GSM for the Ford lot...brought him and his family all the way from AZ. He put a down pmt on a house here etc.

Only to be STABBED IN THE BACK!!!!!

Then 2 weeks later hired another from around here some where. And told the AZ guy they were now in competition for the job!

I am sure if the AZ guy knew that before hand he would not have uprooted and moved 2000 miles to work for this low life!

Oh..and the low life POS tells his workers that they are not there to make money to support their family's

they are there to make HIM money!

how could anyone buy a car from this POS?

he comes in there and sits up on the show room Podium and smokes ciggs!

He is breaking the law by smoking in a Retail store!

Yeah you sound like the AZ man, because if you were from around here you would know this is not news at all. If you know the "AZ man"...lol tell him he should get an employee rights attorney and at least get reimbursed for moving if he had something in writing, if he didn't have anything in writing and moved his family 2000 miles and forked out a down pmt for a house based on somebodys word, well.... If your gonna be dumb, your gonna have to pay and thats a tough way to have to learn...GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. lol

He is a very mean man, cares for himself only! Talks to his workers like they are not human!

We plan on getting some one hired just to record him, the way he talks to his workers will be heard by everyone!

Make sure when you do quit though make it worth your while and punch his teeth out of his stupid head.

Everyone knows that SG is shady and a crook but what i don't understand is how he gets away with screwing people out of their money!! First you have to pay to work there "for the training" that lasts two days if that then he has a bunch of pervs that work there and they always find a way to screw the workers out of their pay checks. I think some people should organize a protest and make sure no one buys a car from his car lot. Alot of people have told me some very bad things about working for this man so i know that they all didnt lie

I'm guilty. I bought a car from him, Well that was befor I knew what a P.O.S he is, I've heard you can be forgivin as long as you don't do stupid S$%^$ again and again. Am I right in saying that ?

He fired my husband on his birthday, 2 weeks after I found out I was pregnant and a month before our wedding for somethin he didn't even do. My husband explained he really needed the job and he said that's not my problem. He's a worthless greedy old man. I get asked on a regular basis if I'm related to him. Thank God I'm not. That question makes me cringe. Ugh.
